Can I use my Private Health Insurance?

If osteopathy is a part of your “extras”, you can claim on-site. The amount varies depending on your provider, coverage level, and policy.
Do I need a GP referral to visit?
Not at all. You can make an appointment anytime online.
How is my private information stored?
To support better focus on your care during sessions, clinicians at our practice use NovoNote, an AI tool that assists with taking session notes.
The audio of your session is cached transiently and deleted immediately after a successful transcription, which is used to create a session summary. Your clinician reviews and edits the summary, which is saved as part of your file.
Identifiable details are redacted before processing, so the underlying AI models never receive personally identifiable information.
Your data is never used to train AI models.
NovoNote complies with HIPAA standards, AHPRA, and the Australian Privacy Act.
Can Medicare cover my appointment?
Medicare can subsidise up to 5 visits per calendar year.
This requires a Chronic Disease Management plan (EPC) or a Team Care Arrangement, through your GP
